The hotel is beautifully decorated in relaxed elegance with a wonderful mix of hand carved furniture, unique Zanzibar antiques, beautiful fabrics and innovative use of natural materials. There are three room categories (all of identical size) situated in lush, palm-lined gardens a short distance from the beach.

• Suites

Located on upper floor of bungalows with large balcony and sun beds. The Suites have a walk in dressing room and larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area, and a covered outdoor lounge area. Fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, refrigerator, personal electronic safe box, hairdryer and a full third bed functioning as a sofa.

• Deluxe Rooms

Located on ground floor of bungalows with terrace tastefully decorated in ivory tones, with cotton throws, teak wood finishes and Zanzibar carvings. Fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, refrigerator, personal electronic safe box, hairdryer in bathroom and a full third bed functioning as a sofa.

• Standard Rooms

Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view. Standard and Deluxe are identical in terms of décor and size. Fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, refrigerator, personal electronic safe box, hairdryer in bathroom and a full third bed functioning as a sofa.

Serves a delicious breakfast buffet and three table service dinners alternating with exotically themed buffets.

This is the Breezes lunch restaurant serving fresh barbecue and catch of the day served on the beachfront under the shade of the palm trees. Live open grill and tandoori oven.

• The Tides

Private beachfront dining for two in an intimate setting overlooking the India Ocean, offering personalized service and a special menu for two.

• The Sultans Table

A fusion of Indian and Swahili spices and the very best seafood in a stunning venue overlooking the Indian Ocean.

• The Safari Bar

The Safari Bar offers a relaxed candlelit atmosphere in the evenings.

• The Dhow Bar/Pool Bar

The Pool Bar, is an ideal retreat from the sun during the day.

• The Baraza Bar

Our Fine Whisky and Liqueur Bar complete with a selection of cigars in a stunning Swahili Baraza.

• The Chai Room

Coffee tea and cakes served every day in the relaxing Tea and coffee lounge with Zanzibari beds.

The Frangipani spa is an oasis featuring its own lap pool with underwater music, indoor and outdoor relaxation rooms, the Sultans bath-our signature treatment for two as well as a fitness center and tennis court.

The Water Club at Breezes

The Water Club at Breezes is a water sports center located on the Bwejuu – Paje beach front. Featuring a great selection of new equipment and offering instruction in wind surfing, kite surfing and sailing, The Water Club is the perfect place to experience the very best of the Indian Ocean and exceptional diving opportunities. Approved as the First kite school in Zanzibar the IKO certified instructor will have you flying in no time with top of the line kites and gear.

During low tide you can also enjoy reef walks, snorkeling trips and bike rides around the coast line and to local villages. During high tide paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and pedal boats.
