The Cuisine

The Evolution's chefs prepare daily feast using fresh ingredients and often adding cultural themes to bring the meals together. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style and dinner is served either in the interior dining room or in the al-fresco dining area. The kitchen is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you are booking so that we can coordinate with the ships crew.
