he strategic location of Awasi Patagonia invites you to enjoy the Torres del Paine National Park from the privacy of the lodge. Inspired by old Patagonian shelters and ranching outposts, Awasi has only twelve villas (one of them with two suites) in their private reserve. The villas are set in such a way as to ensure the utmost privacy and also offer the best views of the forest, Lake Sarmiento, the pampas and Torres del Paine. A few meters away from the villas are the common areas overlooking the majestic scenery. The main house includes the restaurant, reception desk and cozy lounges. Protecting the environment and surroundings, the buildings are made of sustainably procured local wood, allowing the structures to blend into the natural landscape. All meals are included at Awasi Patagonia. The restaurant, for the exclusive use of Awasi guests, invites you to experience the delights of the menu designed by Chef Federico Ziegler, featuring gourmet interpretations of Patagonian cuisine. Federico has worked around the world, including in kitchens in Europe (several Michelin-rated), and throughout South America from Mendoza to Peru, allowing him to create new and innovative dishes but always emphasizing local products.

These are positioned in such a way as to ensure the utmost privacy and also offer the best views of the forest, Lake Sarmiento,
the pampas and Torres del Paine.

Each villa has a hot tub, wood burning stove,
living room and measures 80 square meters. Internet service in this remote part of Patagonia comes via a (somewhat lazy) satellite
which means we can only access wifi in the Main Lodge. Think of it as an internet detox… Each villa has clear views of the “torres”, Lake Sarmiento or the Patagonian Steppe.

At Awasi excursions are private (with a guide and a vehicle assigned to each villa) and are planned according to the pace and preferences of each guest. The times, duration and routes of each excursion are defined in line with the special interests and wishes of each guest. You can also explore the private reserve on your own, hiking the variety of footpaths, observing the native flora and fauna.

The Torres del Paine National Park is an adventure paradise, and the wide range of excursions available cover as much ground as possible. From hiking and mountain bike riding, to horseback riding and kayaking at Grey Glacier, you can pick and choose your activities according to your own specific interests and level of physical activity desired. The Awasi guides know the park intimately and have exclusive access to areas of the park.
