Arumeru Lodge is well known for its excellent cuisine. Every day the lodge’s two Chefs from Zanzibar are defining the right balance of exotic African flavors and International standards in our “Migrations Restaurant” or in our Terrace Restaurant.

The vegetables and salads are grown without fertilizers in Arumeru’s own vegetable gardens. The tab water is supplied from a mountain spring via a lodge owned pipeline. Here on the lodge the water is submitted to ultra-filtration and UV irradiation before being pumped to the chalets or use it to clean the vegetables. By these measures the highest quality standards are established, which allow international guests to sample salads and vegetables unhesitatingly from the delicious menus or buffets. Bon appétit!
